"It is probably accurate to say that if we hadn't met Richard Bandera, my wife and I wouldn't have built a new home. It was not on our top 100 list of things to do in life. After speaking with him and viewing several of his projects, we came to see a very creative and passionate person. Not only about architecture, but how his projects coexisted with the surroundings and the town.
Equally as important as the design of the home, was having natural light fill the rooms and adequate greenspace. The end result delivered in all three areas. After living in our home for 8 years, we still have not found one thing we would change if we could. There was one thing that was not stipulated in the contract, but did take place during and after the build - the start of lasting friendship.
The only warning I do have for you is never ask Rich for design ideas sketched on napkins."
